2. Buyer

The Buyer is the hotel/property business subscribing to the Service and its authorised representative. The Buyer’s name, address, representative and contact details are collected during ordering/subscription and reflected on the invoice.

3. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement covers provision of the ROVIA SaaS service ordered electronically by the Buyer and determines the rights and obligations of the parties.

4. Nature of the Service

ROVIA is QR-based software bringing hotel and guest communication into one dashboard. Guests scan room QR codes to access hotel information and services and send requests; the hotel manages those requests in one dashboard. The Service is digital and does not include shipment of physical products.

5. Pricing and taxes

Current pricing is shown in the website’s Pricing section: a monthly per-room subscription and a one-time setup fee; setup is waived under the annual plan. Prices are shown in USD, excluding VAT; applicable taxes are stated separately on the invoice.

6. Payment method

Credit/debit card payments are collected through the secure infrastructure of our payment service provider iyzico. iyzico only provides the payment infrastructure; the Seller is the seller/service provider. Sensitive card details such as card number, expiry date and CVV are processed by iyzico; the Seller does not see or store them.

7. Delivery of the Service (activation)

Digital delivery is completed after payment/subscription approval through creation of the hotel account, onboarding, dashboard access, room/QR setup and service activation. See Delivery and Refund Terms for details.

8. Subscription, cancellation and refunds

Subscription duration, cancellation and refund conditions are governed by the Delivery and Refund Terms and Terms of Use, which form an integral part of this Agreement. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment card through iyzico’s processes.

9. Obligations of the parties

The Seller undertakes to provide the Service in accordance with this Agreement and the Terms of Use. The Buyer agrees to supply accurate information, pay fees on time and use the Service lawfully and in accordance with the Terms of Use.

10. Disputes and governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Competent courts and enforcement offices in Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes between the parties.

11. Effective date

When the Buyer confirms an order/subscription electronically, the Buyer is deemed to have read and accepted this Agreement, which takes effect on that date.
