Terms of Use

1. Description of the Service

ROVIA is QR-based software as a service (SaaS) bringing hotel and guest communication into one channel. Guests scan the room QR to access hotel information and services and send requests; the hotel manages these requests in one dashboard.

2. Accounts and authorisation

The Service is used by users authorised on behalf of the hotel. You are responsible for keeping account details confidential and for activity under your account. You must inform us if you discover unauthorised use.

3. Fees and payment

The Service is offered with the following pricing model:

• Monthly plan: USD 1 per room per month.
• Setup: a one-time fee of USD 5 per room for initial setup.
• Annual plan: USD 1 per room × 12 months; hotels paying annually are not charged a setup fee.
• Payments are collected through the secure infrastructure of our payment service provider iyzico. iyzico only provides payment infrastructure; the seller/service provider is İZZET CAN YEŞİLYURT under the ROVIA brand. Prices are in USD and exclude VAT.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree:

• Not to publish content that violates applicable legislation or third-party rights.
• Not to use the Service for unauthorised access, abuse or disruption of system operation.
• That you are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of content you upload.

5. Intellectual property

All software, design and brand rights relating to the Service belong to us. Content created by the hotel belongs to the hotel; you authorise us to process it to provide the Service.

6. Service continuity

We make reasonable efforts to provide a secure and uninterrupted Service. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or causes beyond our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is”. We cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the period in which the relevant claim arose.

8. Termination

You may end your subscription under the conditions in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service in the event of a material breach of these Terms.

9. Refunds and cancellation

Refund and cancellation conditions are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy and form an integral part of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Competent courts and enforcement offices in Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page.
