Delivery and Refund Terms

1. Nature of the service

ROVIA is QR-based software as a service (SaaS) bringing hotel and guest communication into one dashboard. The service is digital and does not include shipment of a physical product.

2. Delivery (service activation)

Delivery of the digital service is completed through:

• Creating the hotel account after payment/subscription approval.
• Conducting hotel onboarding, including information and content setup.
• Providing access to the management dashboard.
• Preparing room QR codes and print-ready cards.
• Activating the service and making the guest side available.

3. Physical QR stands (optional, not included in the service)

Physical QR stands/materials may be arranged separately on request. Their supply is optional and separate from delivery of the SaaS service; any applicable terms are determined separately.

4. Setup fee

The setup fee is non-refundable once initial setup is completed. It covers a one-time service including system setup, hotel configuration, QR preparation, initial support and a staff introduction session.

5. Monthly subscription and cancellation

You may cancel a monthly subscription before the next billing period begins. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current period, with no charge for the next period.

6. Annual payments

No automatic refund commitment is made for unused time under annual payments. Special circumstances are assessed in consultation with our support team.

7. Refund process

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment card through iyzico’s processes. Send refund requests to support@roviaqr.com.
